At the early stages of my career, even still in college, I had the wonderful opportunity to do my Human
Resources internship with my mentor and International HR professor. She used to tell me two things
that have stayed with me to this day. 1. Don’t tell people where they are wrong, guide them to the
solution based on their needs. 2. Teach and train others as if they had no idea what you are talking
about. That’s when I realized that, when I grew up, I wanted to be a consultant.

And so, the time came where I am now “grown up” and is time to realize my dream. With a Master’s
Degree in HR Management and almost 20 years of experience, I want to be a catalyst for other business
owners, and I want to create partnerships while doing what I love most, providing HR services tailored
to the business individual needs. I want to create lasting relationships of partnership. I want to also bring
relief to new business owners in managing one of the most important resources any company has,
human resources.
